- 2.5–5mg IV/IO/IM
- 5mg IM/IN | 2.5mg IV/IO — may repeat once
- 0.2mg/kg IN for febrile seizure (max 5mg)
- 5mg IM — alternative sedation
- 2–4mg IV for shivering
